pantone 485
I used four photos to create this illustration. I was designing a two spread about myself that will be featured in Proof Magazine, which is designed by the whole BSC's Graphic Design and Communications graduating class of 2018. Our theme is pantones, and each student picked a pantone and had to use it creatively in their spreads.
I chose Pantone 485 because it is the color that I used for my logo and every stationery piece (letterhead, business card, resume, envelope, and leave behind). The first spread is used for my introduction. I figured what better way of introducing myself than showcasing this style of illustration that I've been recently creating. The triangle theme has been a new inspiration that I came across and have been excited interpreting it into pieces of artwork.
My second spread is designed to look like a webpage because in the bio paragraphs, I mention that I am planning to take web design classes after I graduate. I have used elements that are commonly found on websites. The left page is the "About" page and the right is the "Design" page, which is displaying a couple examples of my art.
