screen printing
The first time I did screen printing, I was in my Senior year of high school. It was a four color print where I had to create the separations in photoshop and transfer to film. I burned the film into four emulsion-covered screens. After learning more about screen printing recently, I realized that I should have been taught the importance of registration during this process. I was eyeballing it, and it caused it to be misaligned. I also found out that I had to press harder with the squeegee to correctly transfer the ink through the screen.
